For professionals and emerging leaders, personal development and skill building opportunities can change the course of their careers. CalSAC can’t undo systemic oppression alone, but by providing meaningful and transformative opportunities, our leadership development work helps advance equity in the education system and beyond.

Through our unique leadership development fellowships, workshops and trainings, we deepen the knowledge, skill and abilities of out-of-school time professionals to help them effectively lead and manage youth, staff teams and organizations.

Our yearlong Leadership Development Institute (LDI) fellowships foster transformative change, allowing each individual to be part of the larger movement for equity and social justice. Launched in 2010, our fellowships are the only of their kind in the out-of-school time field.
