The 2025 It Takes All of Us Expanded Learning Workforce Summit is a two-day convening designed for district and community-based organization leaders, institutions of higher education, workforce development practitioners, and funders. It Takes All of Us is the only statewide event solely dedicated to addressing expanded learning workforce issues and offers inspiring keynotes, practitioner-led sessions, and action planning activities designed to strengthen our field.

It Takes All of Us: Expanded Learning Workforce Summit

In December 2023, over 200 stakeholders came together for the inaugural It Takes All of Us Summit to celebrate the expanded learning workforce and imagine a future where the youth-serving field is valued and supported with fair working conditions and just wages. We created a space for thought partnership and strategic planning through panels, workshops, and action-planning sessions to cultivate a movement that uplifts the expanded learning workforce.
