The LDB provides quality professional skill development to the 21st century workforce. The mission of the LDB is to provide consistent high-quality training and motivation in a positive learning environment while aligning with our branch goals of Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Expansion. The LDB is seeking an enthusiastic team player who welcomes a challenge. Under the direction of the Training Officer II, the incumbent will provide basic technical support for virtual learning labs and online self-paced courses; develop, track, and assess surveys; and plan, organize, develop, and facilitate eLearning development programs in areas with a primary focus on Driver License type of transactions.

Non-Staff Services Analyst (General) (SSA) employment list candidates who are eligible to transfer to the SSA classification must pass the SSA transfer exam. Candidates from the Training and Experience Questionnaire relying upon a 4-year degree must submit a copy of their transcripts with their application.
